The objective of our website is to introduce you to a sample of the remarkable portfolio of photographic images that Ginny Aston has been building up over a number of years. Her images are always reflections in water, glass, metal or highly polished surfaces, resulting in photographs that are often mistaken for paintings. Every image is presented to you exactly as her eye saw it and as her camera captured it; they are not created or re-worked on a computer. |
Ginny feels that her images are ideally suited to the latest techniques of direct printing on brushed aluminium dibond. This result gives a slightly textured matte finish, with bare aluminium shining through as silver where the original image was white. Very dramatic! |
